Privacy policy

tuulik is a notes app that keeps everything on your iPhone. It has no accounts, no servers and no analytics.

Your notes stay on your device. Text notes, voice notes and your category settings are stored only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. They are never uploaded anywhere by tuulik. If you use iCloud device backups, Apple backs them up as part of your device backup under Apple's terms.
Microphone. tuulik uses the microphone only while you dictate or record a note, and only after you grant permission. Dictation is transcribed by Apple's on-device speech recognition. Audio does not leave your phone.
No data collection. tuulik does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data, and does not track you across apps or websites. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
Feedback. If you choose Send feedback in Settings, tuulik opens your mail app with a draft that includes your message, the app version, your iOS version and your iPhone model. Nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. Emails are used only to respond to you and to improve the app.
Widgets. Widgets read your notes from the same on-device storage so they can show a list on your home or lock screen. They do not send anything anywhere.
Deleting your data. Deleting a note removes it, and any voice recording, from your phone. Deleting the app removes everything tuulik stored.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
